Carle is certified as a Recognized Education Program by the American Diabetes Association. We offer interactive group classes, plus a consultation with the diabetes nurse educator and dietitian. In these sessions, an individualized nutrition plan and diabetes treatment plan is developed for each person. Carle also offers monthly Diabetes Support Group meetings in Champaign and Danville.
