Avicenna Community Health Center is a free, primary care clinic available for 18 and over uninsured and underinsured residents of Champaign County. The clinic can manage diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Other services include physical exams, nutritional counseling, social work services, prescription assistance, and management of other primary health conditions. We are open Sundays from 1 – 4pm for scheduled appointments and walk-in visits. Appointments can be scheduled at 217-418-5888. Leave a message and we will call you back between 5:30 and 9:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, and French language interpreters are available with advanced notice.
