CCHCC provides free information, assistance, referral, and advocacy services to community members who are having problems with any aspect of the healthcare system. CCHCC helps consumers find low-cost health care resources for prescriptions, vision, and dental, they also help apply for Medicaid, SNAP, and financial assistance at local hospitals, and assist with submitting disability applications and renewals.
