Community Choices

Community Choices is a human services cooperative and provider where adults with developmental disabilities and their families support each other. Community Choices provides services open to both members and non-members including Inclusive Community Support for community-based living, Customized Employment, and Social, Leadership, and Advocacy Connections. Members have additional access to Social Opportunities and Transportation supports.
