CCHCC provides free information, assistance, referral, and advocacy services to community members who are having problems with any aspect of the healthcare system. CCHCC helps consumers find low-cost health care resources for prescriptions, vision, and dental, CCHCC also helps consumers apply for Medicaid, SNAP, and financial assistance at local hospitals, and assists with submitting disability applications and renewals.
