The Independent Service Coordination Program serves individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families/guardians to help them access individualized services and supports. The program’s purpose is to ensure such services and supports are responsive to the unique needs and desires of each individual and to effectively promote
independence, community inclusion, and self-determination. Services include:
- Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Service (PUNS)
- Pre-Admission Screening (PAS)
- Individual Service and Support Advocacy (ISSA)
- Transition Consultant Services
