The Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District provides fully accessible fixed-route bus service in Champaign, Urbana, and Savoy. The DASH card is available to qualifying individuals with disabilities and offers unlimited free bus rides for the cardholder. For those unable to utilize bus service due to disability, CUMTD offers complementary paratransit van services within the CUMTD district boundaries.

C-CARTS provides general public, shared ride transportation services to and from rural areas within Champaign County. C-CARTS provides transportation to meet the needs of the community, including the elderly and persons with disabilities. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the requested ride. Rides may be scheduled between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm.
