CTF ILLINOIS is a nonprofit organization that has provided services throughout the state of Illinois since 2000. CTF assists people with diverse disabilities through a variety of programming, including: advocacy efforts and education, developmental training, residential services, community support, job development, and more. Our mission is to empower each individual we serve to live the life they want to live. Through all of our services, we are guided by this mission and by our vision to create a culture where people are not defined by their differences, but recognized for the value they bring to their communities.
