Prairieland is an Individual Service Coordination (ISC) Agency for individuals with an Intellectual Disability (ID). Prairieland places  individuals with an ID on the PUNS. (Prioritization and Utilization for Needs and Services). The PUNS List is a waiting list through the State of Illinois for individuals that are eligible. When individuals are selected off the PUNS list, Prairieland will work with families and individuals to secure funding through the Medicaid Waiver for services.
