University of Illinois at Chicago’s Division of Specialized Care for Children provides free care coordination for families of children with special health care needs. Additionally, we are able to provide some financial support to families who meet our financial eligibility guidelines. As a division of UIC, we have unique access to resources and research to assist Illinois families and children with special healthcare needs. We have 12 regional offices throughout the state of Illinois. The Champaign Regional Office provides care to children and families in the following counties: Champaign, Douglas, Ford, Iroquois, Kankakee, McLean, Macon, Moultrie, Piatt and Vermilion.
